Memory and lessons

Kadhai remembers what was done in each folder, in plain files inside its hidden .kadhai folder:

• The journal has one entry per finished run: what you asked, the plan, which agent cooked each step on which model, the files changed, the commands run and the review. Ask about it in the chat (what did we do yesterday?); looking it up costs one extra call, only when you ask.
• Lessons are short facts the crew learned in this folder (tests run with node --test), from reviews and from failed steps. A few are added to each agent's prompts. Each agent's tab lists what it has learned; press x beside a lesson that is wrong.

Agents still never see your chat history. Lessons are capped at a few short lines per prompt, which is why this stays affordable on free keys.
